Sensor points

Each team gets ~30 sensor points (if you can come up with a very convincing reason, the staff may allow you to have a few additional points), to be spent on the following items:

Extra motor 9 points
Ultrasound 7 points
Servo 5 points
Optical encoder PAIR 4 points
IR 4 points
Whisker switch 2 points
Solenoid 2 points
Moment buttons 1 point
Photodiodes, etc. 1 point
Original gyro and camera in your kit 0 points

Notes

  • teams may only use one camera
  • home-built optical encoders are also 4pts/pair
