Leon is an EE-ninja. EE-ninjas are mammals. EE-ninjas fight tool ALL the time. The purpose of the EE-ninja is to flip out and kill people design circuits. Like, this one time, Leon cut this dude's head off built an induction furnace and didn't even think twice about it!
