Resumes
From Maslab 2007
Every Maslab student is highly encouraged to submit a resume by posting it on their user page. If you are especially interested in an internship with one of our sponsors, we recommend talking and handing your resume personally to a sponsor representative at the ITA Dinner or Sponsor Dinner.
Why does Maslab want your resume?
There are two primary reasons that Maslab wants to collect resumes from Maslab students:
- Maslab sponsors use these resumes to hire students for internships or permanent jobs and to make contacts with the MIT community.
- Maslab staff use these resumes to gauge the interests of Maslab students to find appropriate future sponsors etc.
How to submit your resume.
For convenience and consistency, please:
- Save your resume as a PDF.
- Use the filename format: ImaStudentResume.pdf (e.g. ValerieMorashResume.pdf).
On the left pannel of the wiki, click Upload File. Select your resume off of the hard drive with the Browse button. Ignore the warning about the .pdf format if you get it. Once your resume has been uploaded with filename: ImaStudentResume.pdf, include the following on your user page: [[Media:ImaStudentResume.pdf]] .
