Team 26
For a bit for background, Team 26 (pronounced Team Two to the Six), came to be when the original teams 4 and 6 decided to merge. Adopting the team 6 kitbot, we made a new team, Team 6+4 or Team 64. Holding 6 members, it seems more clear why we chose the 6th power of 2 to represent us.

Days 4 - 9
Strategy Outline
Our robot’s strategy works on a simple loop. For the first 170 seconds of the game:
- Rotate slowly until a cube of the target color is picked up by the camera’s opencv
- When a cube is picked up by the camera, the robot attempts to align itself with the cube
- After aligning, the robot approaches the cube, with hopes of grabbing the cube on its front facing arm.
- Assuming the cube has been grabbed, the arm rotates to place the cube in the robot’s cube stacking bin.
- Finally, the robot backtracks to its original search position to ensure the cube was correctly picked up.
- Repeat!
In the final 10 seconds of the game
- The robot opens its bin’s door to deposit a stack, presenting a stack of one color.
